Refunds and cancellation
Live PopDM payments are not currently enabled. Free is available without a subscription payment. This page explains the current position and how billing concerns will be handled when paid checkout is offered.
Current availability
Free provides 1,000 lifetime Free-tier DMs per Instagram account, with no monthly reset. Each connected Instagram account has its own workspace. The starting Pro plan is configured at ₹199 per month per Instagram account, with a separate subscription for each account when paid checkout is enabled. Pro-tier DMs do not consume the account’s Free allowance. Its stable Instagram ID usage ledger survives disconnection, workspace deletion and re-signup; those actions do not create a new allowance. Pro purchase and recurring billing are unavailable until merchant setup and payment verification are complete. A development or test payment is not a production charge and does not activate a production entitlement.
Before accepting a real payment, checkout must show the final payable total, any applicable taxes or charges, billing interval, recurring-payment authorisation and applicable cancellation/refund terms. We do not add an undisclosed charge or interpret Free sign-up as consent to a paid renewal. No native app-store subscription is currently offered.
Cancelling a future subscription
When subscriptions become available, use the payment-provider management link shown in the relevant Instagram account’s plan screen or contact support for assistance. Each account’s subscription is separate; identify every subscription you want cancelled. Cancelling one does not cancel another. We will explain the effective cancellation date and any remaining paid access based on the provider’s verified subscription state. A request is not represented as completed cancellation until confirmed.
Stopping use, signing out, disconnecting Instagram or deleting workspace content does not by itself cancel a provider subscription. Active subscriptions must be addressed before the self-service workspace deletion control can proceed. If that prevents you from exercising a privacy right, contact support so the requests can be handled separately.
Refund requests
If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than the amount you authorised, charged more than once for the same subscription period, or charged without receiving the purchased service, contact us promptly. We will investigate the payment-provider record and the service issue, and provide the correction or refund required by applicable law and the purchase terms.
A routine cancellation of a correctly supplied subscription does not automatically establish a refund of an already used billing period. This does not restrict remedies for deficient service, unauthorised or erroneous charges, or another right provided by law. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” condition that overrides those rights.
Where a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method using the payment provider. Actual credit time depends on the provider and bank; we will give the available reference and timing information. Real paid checkout and refund processing are not currently available.
